The COVID-19 Rent Relief Program was created to prevent evictions caused by the financial and health impacts of COVID-19. The program is funded by City of Portland CARES CRF funds. To apply for the program, please follow the directions below. To apply for the program, please follow the directions below. After your application is submitted please expect 2-3 weeks for intake.

Complete the Application and Consent & Save
Fill out the application and consent forms with the required information. Be sure to click SAVE so your information is stored. You will need these saved files in the next step.

Fill out the Form Below & Attach Your Completed Application and Consent
Scroll down to fill out the Bridge Applicant Intake form. The form below requires that you attach the PDF application and consent form you filled out in Step 2. Before you attach your PDFs, be sure to check and make sure your information is saved!
